Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours (1 day) notice is required for cancellations and reschedules.
Online appointments:
At least 24 hours (1 day) notice is required for cancellations and reschedules. If required notice is not received, or a no call/no show occurs, you will forfeit the amount paid during booking. The amount due is a non-refundable deposit. If repeat last minute cancellations occur, you will no longer be accepted as a client at PLee Beauty, LLC. No call/no shows will no longer be accepted as a client at PLee Beauty, LLC.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.
Appointments booked via DM or TEXT:
At least 24 hours (1 day) notice is required for cancellations and reschedules. A cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost may apply if required notice is not received. Shall a no call/no show occur, you will no longer be accepted as a client at PLee Beauty, LLC. If repeat last minute cancellations occur, you will no longer be accepted as a client at PLee Beauty, LLC. If PLee Beauty, LLC is unable to collect this cancellation fee due to a declined credit/debit card, or there is no card on file, you will be notified for a new method of payment. If this fee is unable to be collected, you will no longer be accepted as a client at PLee Beauty, LLC.

Failure to follow this cancellation policy will result in forfeiture of any deposits made. You will be required to pay another non-refundable deposit for your next appointment.
